Free Step Worksheets from 12Step.org

We have created some free worksheets that can be viewed, edited and extended as you have need. These worksheets are mostly a list of questions for each step where you can write out your own personal answers to the questions. This can give you some framework for working through each of the steps. These questions are not perfect and do not claim to take the place of working with a therapist, sponsor or good friend, so if you feel the need for a therapist to work through these issues, please see one.

These worksheets are available in Microsoft Word format, Rich Text Format (RTF) or PDF format. In line with the 12 traditions, these worksheets are free to download and use for your recovery in any way that you please as long as you do not sell them.

These worksheets are available in Microsoft Word format, Text Format (txt) or PDF format. In line with the 12 traditions, these worksheets are free to download and use for your recovery in any way that you please as long as you do not sell them.
