These free worksheets are available for your use (thanks to Frank Q) in working the 12 step program. They are entirely in Spanish (Espanol) and are translations of the English set of worksheets. These worksheets can be viewed, edited and extended as you have need using any one of many available word processors. These worksheets are mostly a list of questions for each step where you can write out your own personal answers to the questions. This can give you some framework for working through each of the steps.

These worksheets are available in Microsoft Word format, Text Format (TXT) or PDF format. In line with the 12 traditions, these worksheets are free to download and use for your recovery in any way that you please as long as you do not sell them. The hope is that you will use them yourself and pass them on to others in need.

The links for downloading are listed below. You can download these worksheets by right clicking on an appropriate link below and then selecting "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." from the popup menu.

All 12 Step Questions
These are questions for all of the steps in one big document.

  • Questions in Word 2000 format - Uses Microsoft Word 2000 format
  • Questions in Rich Text Format - The Rich Text Format (RTF) files can be opened using the most text applications (e.g. WordPad) that is available under the "Accessories" menu of most versions of Microsoft Windows.
  • Questions in PDF Format - The PDF format can be open for reading from the freely available PDF reader from Adobe and can be written using Adobe's Acrobat writer.
